The service to suit your business

Our Direct Debit services fall into two simple categories: ‘Bureau’ for companies who have their own SUN, and ‘Managed’ for those who do not.


If you have your own SUN, then your customer or client Direct Debits can still be transferred direct to your bank account. The difference to you will be in added efficiency and convenience.

With our improved software, flexible APIs and excellent platform functionality, you will find the process of entering and administering Direct Debits to be smoother and more straightforward than your previous experience. And you’ll be able to speak to a member of our customer service team whenever you have a query or an issue, instead of being on your own with the bank.

If you do not have your own SUN then we obtain one through our own sponsor bank, which we use in association with your account and handle all your Direct Debit transactions on your behalf, in effect acting as your sponsor. The funds from your customer payments will be first transferred into our bank account, and we will then turn them around to you as fast as possible.

The sign-up process

Some Direct Debit companies will say they can get you up and running in 24 hours, but this may not be the whole story. The sign-up process is not something that can be done purely online; we need to get to know your business, understand your requirements and handle the appropriate paperwork behind the scenes, making sure that everything will function as you need it to.
