Resolving the RBS IT System Failure

You may have seen in the press that a number of banks have been impacted by an IT system failure leading to payments not being credited to customers bank accounts. London & Zurich is among those customers who have been affected by this problem at the banks. RBS have said “some payments were “missing”, but it had now identified and fixed the underlying problem. Delayed payments would be processed no later than Saturday”. The London & Zurich management team is working closely with our sponsoring bank to ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Furthermore, we would like to reassure all of London & Zurich’s customers that they will not be directly impacted by this as payments due to them over the coming days will be made on time and as normal, regardless of when RBS resolve their technical difficulties.
