The Tax Assist Conference 2019
Each year, the TaxAssist Annual Conference invites franchisees to an event filled with inspiring talks, networking opportunities, an array of awards and an evening filled with entertainment. This year, the TaxAssist conference was spread across two days in the tranquil and tree-filled resort of Center Parcs, located at Woburn Forest in Bedfordshire. Delegates were encouraged to bring their families along to enjoy a weekend designed to inspire and energise franchisees.
London & Zurich proudly exhibited as a Silver Sponsor this year, and as a result our team were able to meet and greet all present TaxAssist delegates on both days.

During the two days, the London & Zurich team were on hand to discuss how payment collections could be made easier for both franchisees and their clients – through our range of Direct Debit facilities and payment gateway services. With many companies feeling the pinch of the current economic climate, getting paid on time for the services you provide has never been more important.

Throughout the two days, delegates enjoyed a variety of talks and workshops designed to cover a wide range of forward-thinking strategies and ideas to improve practices. The topics covered included:

However, the TaxAssist Annual Conference wasn’t all work and no play! With the backdrop of Woburn Forest, it was only appropriate for all delegates and key suppliers to enjoy themselves at an ‘Enchanted Forest’ themed dinner. Entertainment was provided by an incredible dance troupe called the LED Dancers and the internationally renowned Urban Soul Orchestra.
After a fun-filled evening, Sunday was a much more relaxed affair – allowing time for delegates to reflect on the previous days’ talks and workshops, swap ideas and meet with like-minded people.
Overall, the event was a huge success that both inspired and energised the franchisees.
