Our people

Product Owner
Jodie James
Jodie brings a genuine passion for user-centred design to her role as Product Owner at London & Zurich. With a background spanning fintech and payments, she understands that great product isn't just about features, it's about building tools that make a real difference to the businesses that rely on them every day. Working closely with the technology, operations, and client-facing teams, Jodie ensures that every update and new capability is shaped by the needs of real users, from finance teams at growing SMEs to operations leads at large national organisations. Jodie is particularly motivated by the challenge of making complex payment processes feel simple and intuitive. Outside of work, she can be found planning her next trip, exploring the countryside, or enjoying good food and company.

Sales Executive
Danielle Dinmore
Danielle joined London & Zurich with a background in B2B sales and a natural ability to build trust quickly, qualities that make her a great fit for a business where relationships are everything. She understands that businesses choosing a payments partner aren't just making a commercial decision, they're placing confidence in a team to support something as important as their cash flow. In her role as Sales Executive, Danielle works with prospective clients across a range of sectors, helping them understand how Direct Debit can simplify their payment collection and reduce the administrative burden that comes with managing recurring income. She takes a consultative approach, taking the time to understand each business before proposing a solution. Outside of work, Danielle is dedicated to keeping active through training in the gym four to five times a week and making the most of the outdoors through walking and time on the beach. She also helps coach and support at her children's Surf Life Saving club, and when she's not doing that, you'll find her spending time with her two children and her dog.

Chief Technology Officer
Julian Guppy
Julian brings extensive experience in financial technology and software engineering to his role as Chief Technology Officer at London & Zurich. With a career built across fintech and enterprise software, he has led the design and delivery of payment platforms that handle high volumes with the reliability and security that clients in regulated industries demand. As CTO, Julian leads the technology strategy behind London & Zurich's Direct Debit infrastructure, from the core processing platform to the client-facing tools that make onboarding and day-to-day management straightforward. Working closely with the product and operations teams, he ensures the technology roadmap stays aligned with what clients actually need, delivering systems that are robust, scalable, and built to evolve. Julian believes that good technology should be invisible. It should simply work, leaving clients free to focus on running their businesses. Outside of work, Julian swaps the keyboard for a hobby he's a true dab hand at! Putting a chainsaw, axe, and log splitter to good use chopping and splitting wood.

Chief Operations Officer
Emma Dyer
Emma brings a wealth of operational expertise to her role as Chief Operations Officer at London & Zurich, with a career that spans financial services and payments. She has a reputation for building the kind of efficient, well-structured operations that allow growing businesses to scale without losing the quality and consistency that clients depend on. At London & Zurich, Emma oversees the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring that submissions are processed accurately and on time, that service levels are consistently met, and that the teams supporting clients are well-equipped to deliver. She plays a central role in how the business continues to grow, making sure that operational foundations are always strong enough to support new clients and new demands. Emma is particularly focused on continuous improvement, always looking for smarter ways to work that benefit both the team and the clients they serve. Outside of work, Emma loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends, and there's usually good food involved somewhere along the way. She's also a well-travelled fitness enthusiast, splitting her time between the gym and running — because balance, as any good COO knows, is everything.

Customer Success Lead
Indie Sokhi
Indie joined London & Zurich with a background in client services and a firm belief that great customer success is about making sure clients genuinely get the most from the service they've chosen. She brings warmth, attentiveness, and a solid understanding of payment operations to everything she does. As Customer Success Lead, Indie is the key point of contact for London & Zurich's established client base, working proactively to resolve challenges before they become problems. She also leads the implementation and migration teams, ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly and that transitions are handled with care, collaborating closely with colleagues across the business to make sure clients always have the support they need. Outside of work, Indie has been a passionate Formula 1 fan since the age of five. When she's not following the racing, she can be found in her home gym, experimenting in the kitchen, or enjoying time with her partner and her three grandsons.

Digital Marketing Executive
Daniel Lloyd
Daniel joins London & Zurich with a background in digital marketing and a strong track record of helping B2B brands build a meaningful presence online. He understands that in a sector like payments, where credibility and clarity matter as much as visibility, every piece of content needs to earn its place. As Digital Marketing Executive, Daniel is responsible for growing and managing London & Zurich's online presence — from search and social through to the content that helps businesses understand the value of Direct Debit. Working closely with the wider marketing and sales teams, he focuses on reaching the right audiences through digital channels with messaging that is straightforward, relevant, and reflective of the trusted, relationship-led approach that London & Zurich is known for. Outside of work, you'll usually find Dan socialising with friends at the pub, learning a new song on the bass guitar, or running tabletop games where he gets to test his creativity and storytelling, a mix that keeps him creative, sociable, and always learning something new.

Partner Sales
Ben Ilsley
Ben brings a focused, relationship-driven approach to his role as Partner Sales Manager at London & Zurich. With a background in B2B sales and partnerships, he knows that the best commercial relationships are built on trust, shared values, and a genuine understanding of what each party needs to succeed. At London & Zurich, Ben is responsible for developing and growing the company's partner network, working with introducers and strategic partners to extend the reach of London & Zurich's Direct Debit offering to businesses that can genuinely benefit from it. He works closely with the sales and customer success teams to make sure every partner relationship delivers real, tangible outcomes. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, keeping active, and following his favourite sports teams.

Marketing Communications Executive
Sarah Barker
Sarah joins London & Zurich with a background in marketing communications and a keen understanding of what it takes to build a compelling brand presence. She knows that in payments, clear and consistent communication isn't just good marketing, it's an essential part of how customer and prospects develop confidence in the businesses they work with. As Marketing Communications Executive, Sarah is responsible for shaping and delivering both the external communications that represent London & Zurich to the wider world and the internal communications that keep the business informed and connected. She works closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure that messaging, whether client-facing or company-wide, is always clear, consistent, and reflective of the values London & Zurich is known for. Outside of work, Sarah is a keen swimmer and devoted Agatha Christie fan who loves exploring National Trust properties. At weekends, she can most likely be found on the sidelines cheering on her sons as they play football.
