Trying to find your Direct Debit reference number?

There are a few ways to find it:

On a paper bank statement: Check the line item for the transaction. The reference number (usually a mix of 6 to 18 letters and/or numbers, is next to the amount.

In Online Banking or Mobile App: Tap or click into the transaction. Some banks shorten reference numbers on the main statement view, so opening the full transaction detail screen will show the complete number.

On related records: Check any confirmation emails, digital receipts, or the original Direct Debit Instruction (DDI) setup forms you received when you first agreed to the service.

Please enter the Direct Debit reference that appears on your bank statement. It will usually be 8-16 characters long.
