Customers complete a simple, guided form

The form is simple, responsive, and thumb-friendly on mobile. Customers enter their personal details, address and bank account information at their own pace, from any device. Data is checked and validated as it’s entered, catching errors at the start, reducing admin and meeting Bacs compliance.

Customer profiles created automatically

When a customer submits the form, their details are validated against Bacs’ Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and pushed directly into your London & Zurich Direct Debit portal. A new customer record is created automatically. No duplicate data entry, no manual upload, no waiting.
