Going green for PANS PANDAS Awareness Day
Our team is wearing green to raise awareness of PANS and PANDAS and show our support for the families affected by these often little-understood conditions.
On Friday 9 October, our colleagues came together to wear green in support of PANS PANDAS Awareness Day, joining the Wear Green for Glitch campaign to help shine a light on these conditions and the impact they can have on children, young people and their families.
PANS PANDAS UK is one of our chosen charities of the year, and we’re proud to support the charity through fundraising and awareness-raising activities. For us, supporting a charity is about more than raising money. It’s also about helping more people understand the challenges others face and ensuring important causes receive the attention they deserve.
Raising awareness, one green outfit at a time
PANS (Paediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and PANDAS (Paediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections) are conditions that can cause the sudden onset of significant neuropsychiatric symptoms in children. They remain relatively little understood, and greater awareness among families, healthcare professionals and educators is an important part of improving understanding and support.
That’s why campaigns such as Wear Green for Glitch matter. Wearing green might seem like a small gesture, but it can spark conversations, encourage people to find out more and help families affected by PANS and PANDAS feel seen and supported.
Our team embraced the campaign by adding a splash of green to the working day, helping spread the message and show our support for everyone affected.

Supporting a cause that matters
Throughout the year, we’re committed to supporting PANS PANDAS UK through a combination of fundraising and awareness-building activities. Every opportunity to share the charity’s work helps introduce more people to the conditions and the support available to families.
We’re delighted to see our colleagues getting involved and helping make a difference in their own way. A big thank you to everyone who wore green, joined in and helped spread the word.
